Angelina Jolie and her son Knox stepped up to help during the devastating LA wildfires, stocking up on essential supplies like food and water for those in need. Jolie revealed she is housing loved ones at her Los Feliz home and plans to donate to fire relief efforts.
Angelina is not alone in her efforts other celebrities such as Halle Berry and Jamie Lee Curtis, Kylie Jenner, and Jennifer Garner have also pledged their support. Halle announced she would donate clothing, while Jamie Lee pledged $1 million to wildfire relief, fires continue to displace thousands and destroy over 30,000 structures.
Angelina shared that she is currently hosting people at her home and prioritizing their care, though she plans to donate to wildlife relief efforts soon.
Angelina appeals to anyone in a favorable position to donate. To donate to the families of those who lost everything in the fires that left many material and human losses. Now we have to be hand in hand in order to face this catastrophe that was the most serious in the United States.
My prayer for us is that we begin to really become aware of how much we need each other. That there really is enough to go around and we do not need to fear one another. We are better together. And this is only the beginning of the disruption we are about to witness this year, as we embark on this journey together, I hope we see that. That we truly are in this together.
