This performance positions the Emirates Group as the most lucrative aviation conglomerate worldwide, with Emirates achieving record profit of US$ 6.2 billion its highest results in history, thereby becoming the globe’s most profitable airline.
Emirates carried 53.6 million passengers last year, employs 69,000 people and has more than 300 aircraft on order, Emirates plans to boost capacity further with 16 Airbus A350s and 4 Boeing 777 freighters joining the fleet in 2025-26, along with expanded cargo operations and new facilities worldwide.
