Eurostar trains cancelled at Gare du Nord in Paris after unexploded WW2 bomb found

Eurostar services between London and Paris have been cancelled today, Friday 7 March.

Due to a discovery of an unexploded World War II Bomb in the Saint Denis area, All trains to and from Paris Gare du Nord are currently suspended Including Eurostar.

The bomb was found in the middle of the tracks in the area of SaintDenis, a suburb of Paris, during overnight works on the tracks local media reported.

All Eurostar services between London, Brussels, Paris to remain suspended for the rest of today Friday.

Eurostar’s website shows three trains scheduled to depart on Friday morning were cancelled.

Eurostar is advising passengers to rearrange their travel to an alternative day.
