Gabon international Aaron Boupendza has sadly passed away at the age of just 28.
Gabon striker and former Turkish Super League top scorerAaron Boupendza reportedly died on Wednesday after falling from the 11th floor of a building in China, where he played for Zhejiang FC.
Chinese police have opened an investigation looking at 3 possibilities.
Boupendza’s journey took him across the globe from CF Mounana to Bordeaux, Al-Arabi, FC Cincinnati, and most recently, Zhejiang FC.
His untimely death has sent shockwaves through the football community, with tributes pouring in from fans and former teammates worldwide.
